This generously sized, $30.99 box set contains a pair of 20-card decks, which frame a guided tutorial experience, in addition to eight Jumpstart Packs, which create a fixed roster of 160 cards to customize each deck. The Beginner Box also includes a pair of playmats and Spindown life counters.While the cards featured in the Beginner Box may not utilize the entire lexicon of MTG keywords, players will still be introduced to concepts like tokens and counters in addition to some of the more straightforward concepts experienced in MTG.
